Today I accidentally came across the emails from livejournal containing all the comments I received on the last chapter of Heartthorns... I read through them again... and ended up reading that chapter again as well.

And I realized how much I miss writing that story… I miss it, soooooo much.

Band ends in two weeks. I’m going to be insanely depressed from it ending, but the good thing about it is that I might actually have free time again, haha… time to write. And post. :]

So. Basically I’m saying that I might be able to start posting Broken in the Snow in 2-3 weeks.

This year I am stuck with my marching band performing at a football game tomorrow night. Which is soooooo lame. No time for trick or treating, pretty much, or working at haunted houses or going to parties (dude, I got invited to this one party with live camels, seriously.), nooo, I have to go to a stupid football game. >.< I love band and I love performing, but hello, a lame football game is a huge waste of a Halloween. It'll be interesting though since we're marching in costumes rather than uniforms, heheh...

Anyway, I mentioned a little story I wrote a while ago about Jon and Spencer going to a party... I think I'll post it soon, *hopefully* tomorrow or something. All I need is a title....

And another story is bubbling around in my tiny little brain right now, I hope to write it soon.... all I'm saying is that it is inspired by an argument I had with someone in band the other day about who would win in a gladiator fight, Pete Wentz vs Ryan Ross...

I have been really insane about standalones lately. O.o I have like ten zillion ideas floating around in my head (lol gawjuss_insane, yes, they are floatinggg xD) and the other day I wrote one I've been wanting to write for a while, inspired by a little incident my lovely baritone friend Willy and I had on the band bus a couple weeks ago... and today I wrote another one, a Joncer. Jon and Spencer are 8 and they go to a birthday party thrown by William, the "biggest kid in school", and they play a certain "big kid game" called Seven Minutes in Heaven, heheheh... I'm very excited to post them both as I haven't posted any stories here in a while and I really need to, I've been depressed again lately. *attempts to retrieve self esteem from the toilet* All I really need are titles xP

The concert was very fun. ^^ The people who went with me were total weenies though D< *stabs them* but yeah, it was pretty sweet.

The Cab was awesome, I loves them, and I've never really liked Plain White T's a lot before (except for Hey There Delilah and Our Time Now) but I really really liked them there. Oooh, and they were giving out autographs in the hallway and I almost got one!! I got there too late though, the line was closed. I stood literally ten feet away from them though, it was really really cool. I waved but they didn't see me, grrr >.> Oh, and the lead singer's nose is even huger up close, if that's even possible. xDD

Dashboard Confessional was like, BLEHHH >.> I was like, "damn it, stop playing more freaking songs already, I WANNA HEAR PANIC!!!!!!!!!!" xD So for part of the time I went and hung out with two girls I befriended, Amanda and Brianna (they had the seats behind us), which was fun. Lol they madly worshipped my photoshop skills (which kinda suck, but whatever xD )- I showed them some pictures of Ryan and Brendon and me and Ryan I photoshopped- so I'm going to do one of them with Panic now, haha xD I miss Amanda and Brianna, they were really cool and I didn't get to see them afterwards- we were going to meet in the hallway but I didn't see them anywhere...

OMG and they actually were friends with Brendon's cousin!!!! One time Brendon went over to their friend's house for some family thing or something and she was a baby and he was 14 and he rocked & sang her to sleep, and kissed her. Just thinking about that makes me want to cry, because I'm so jealous and that's just so fucking adorable. ;___;

I have to admit, the concert I went to on June 14 was better. xP Panic played more songs and they were a lot more energetic and enthusiastic and stuff. I mean, last night was really really REALLY fun, but I don't know, it just seemed like they were like "oh, it's just another concert, yeah let's play some random stuff and go." meh. it just didn't have that special spark, you know? but it was great. :] They played When The Day Met The Night which made me soooooooo happy because that's my favorite PATD song (that and Time to Dance- which they only played part of, I was pissed), and they didn't play that song on June 14. <333 I loveee that song.

Oh and the whole "ZOMGZ U GET 2 PLAY ROCKBAND 2 ON DA STAGE B/W BANDZ SO THEYRES NO DOWNTIME LULZ" thing was totally lame. I liked the downtime at the last concert. >.> I don't want to listen to some retards playing video games. this one girl sang insanely well, she sounded JUST like Hayley on the Paramore song they played, but it was just kinda, bleh. >.>

I am insanely exhausted today from having marching band allllll dayyyyy and the concert, gahhhh *falls asleep on keyboard* And I'm really depressed, because of the lovely combination of post menstrual syndrome and post concert depression. D: Yet I feel happy because the concert was fun and today was a good day.

I'm really in the mood to go write some slash though. heheheh...

so, as you've all noticed, I haven't posted the first chapter to Broken in the Snow yet. I have had zero zero zero time and I have been up sooo freaking late the last few nights doing homework and stuff. This is the first time I've been on the computer in three days, actually, as I type this. seriously. It took me a week to post this. so. well. yeah. Obviously I don't really have time to begin posting it, and it's going to be like that for a while. (it also turns out that somehow the first half of the chapter I was going to post is nowhere to be found on this computer, I think it didn't get saved or something, stupid glitchy Microsoft Word >.>)

so. yeah. not going to happen for a while. I am very sorry, but seriously, I'm already stressed out enough, I really don't have time for writing right now. :[

on a happier note:

IN 23 1/2 HOURS I WILL BE AT THE PATD CONCERT TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *SQUEEEEEEEEEE* I am so freaking excited... can not wait at all... obviously... xD so, yeah, if anyone else is going, which is probably kind of unlikely, tell me and maybe we can meet up beforehand or something! =]

No, but seriously. Well, it is my birthday tomorrow, but that's not the point. xD The point is, I can't take it any more and I'm giving into temptation and posting the first chapter to Broken in the Snow tomorrow. :)

yes, I am actually sadly only on the third chapter right now ( D: ), but that just gives you an idea of how much free time I've had lately. basically, none. D: So I really don't know when the next chapter will be posted, but hopefully within a week or two. If I'm lucky.

I am so fucking excited right now, you guys have no idea xD I really love where this story is going and it's just... argh, I wish I could just write all the chapters now and post them all right now D: but it will take a while. Let's see if I can make it worth the wait. :)

....I had to go back to the doctors to have a mole on my neck removed. >.<

It wasn't because we thought it could be skin cancer or anything, don't worry. I've had that mole for ages but recently it's been swelling up and turning red and stuff whenever I wear my PATD necklace for too long and it looks REALLY ugly and gross when it does that, so we just made an appointment to get rid of it because otherwise it would just bug me for the rest of my life. xP

anyway, it wasn't that horrible, I sort of had a semi-panic attack when we got there ( D: ) and of course when they numb you the needles hurt like crap, but only for a few seconds. I always have this weird reaction to the numbing stuff they give you though and it makes me all half-drunk and stuff. xD Like, in the car on the way back to school, I kept reading things wrong and there was some street called Bonito and it took me the longest time to remember that bonito in Spanish means beautiful, even though I've known that FOREVER. xD And there was some place called Minit Mart and I kept thinking, "why is there a plus sign after the word 'mini'?!?!?" until I figured it out xD.... but yeah...

then I got to school and felt all hyper and insane and I knew it was going to wear off pretty soon so I might as well make use of my half-drunkeness and I wrote all this totally weird poetry during class while I was still half-drugged. I was like, "well, Edgar Allan Poe wrote all his greatest stuff when he was drunk... I'll give it a try!" xD It was actually kind of awesome since I tried thinking of ideas for future fanfics and I came up with some stuff I think would be very awesome. hooray for drugs!

I wish I had more time to write more here, but just felt like posting... I feel like complete crap again... the last few days were pretty good until after school today... i'll go into detail about it later... but people, really, making fun of people who had skin cancer isn't fucking funny at all and... argh... thanks a lot assholes... and I will be posting a standalone soon i've been working on in my nonexistent free time hopefully sometime within the next week. if i have any time. D:

...is coming along pretty good so far, I think. once again, I'm mostly just outlining the entire story and then I'll really start my hardcore writing sessions of writing ten zillion chapters and then yay hardcore posting sessions! xD

There WILL be some Joncer. :) It will be mostly about Brendon and Ryan, but yes, I promise Jon and Spencer will be in it at least a little bit. ^^ along with a few more unexpected characters...

I'm probably going to be using this journal for personal updates and stuff until Broken in the Snow is posted. Because my life is just soooo interesting [/sarcasm].

My kitty is crying. D: She had emergency eye surgery the other day (she somehow got this really bad cut on her third eyelid) and now her eye is sewed shut and she has one of those gigantic cone thingys around her neck. Poor cat. *hugs her* She's an outdoor cat but she's only allowed inside right now, if she got outside that would be very dangerous, but she isn't liking it too much... And half the time we have to keep her in a freaking cage because she keeps trying to jump over tall things (and that's pretty dangerous since she can barely see- only one eye at the moment, and the collar too) and climb into photo albums and get into trouble. This has to go on for about a week or so I think and then we are taking her back to the vet and if her eye heals well enough she will get to keep it, but she might lose it. There is a 50/50 chance she will keep it... *hugs kitty*

In other news, I'm actually somehow missing writing and posting here. It's been kind of a relief to not be under the pressure to write nonstop and post as often as possible (no offense guys D: ), but it just feels weird not to be posting since I've been doing that a ton for the past three months. I really want to type up the first chapter to Broken in the Snow and post it or something but that would totally ruin it and then you guys would persuade me into posting more. D: And I just don't have time for that right now...

I do like how it's coming along so far. I haven't even finished the first chapter ( D: ...but it's a long chapter, so... gah), I've been mostly writing down ideas and an outline and stuff for the entire story, but yeah.

The parts I have planned out right now take place outside of camp, basically what happens in the couple of months after the boys get back home. I think they're going to end up back at camp in the winter though...

so, yeah, wow, did someone actually read this? o__o;;

I'll probably be dropping little hints here about Broken in the Snow every once in a while, so keep checking back here if you are dying to hear more about it.
